4 SIMPLE STEPS

1)          Send us your request to take the Symptom Survey.

2)          After your request is received, you will be contacted. (Within 24 hours of your request during regular business hours. Instructions will be provided along with information on what the next step will be, as well as payment information.)

3)          Complete the online Symptom Survey. (Please answer the questions that apply ONLY to you.)

4)          You will be contacted by phone with recommendations from Dr. Meri. As quickly as your results are processed and reviewed, we will provide you with a nutritional protocol designed just for you. It’s that simple!
